Term & Condition-Self Drive Car Rental In Goa

• Driver's License Requirement: The renter must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old for self-drive cars and 25 years old for luxury cars.

• Booking and Payment: Reservations must be made in advance through our online platform or via phone. Payment must be made upfront, including a security deposit, which will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle in its original condition.

• Insurance Coverage: All rental vehicles come with comprehensive insurance coverage. However, any damage caused due to negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or violating traffic laws will not be covered.

• Usage Limitations: The rental duration is subject to a daily or weekly limit, as specified in the rental agreement. Any extension beyond the agreed period must be requested and approved in advance.

• Maintenance and Fuel: The renter is responsible for maintaining the vehicle's condition during the rental period, including refueling it to the same level as when it was rented. Any mechanical issues must be reported immediately.

• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required before the commencement of the rental period. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle, provided there is no damage or other liabilities incurred during the rental.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within a certain timeframe before the rental period may incur a cancellation fee. The exact policy will be outlined at the time of booking.
